Do you like the commercials at the beginning of the previews in the movie theaters? Why or why not? Do you think it takes away from your movie theater experience? What would you like to see to take place of commercials, if anything, that would bring back or enhance your movie experience?

Federal law, and most states, require workers at movie theaters to receive minimum wage, but not overtime. Why are movie theaters excempt from overtime pay?
I am curious as to the historic reason they were originally exempted from overtime provisions of FLSA. I do not work in a movie theater, just curious.

I'm currently planning a party for one of my friend's birthday and its not for about a month (today is Nov. 19,2006). I was wondering if there is a movie currently playing that she wants to see for her birthday will it still be playing in about a month? Does anyone know how long movies stay in theaters? thanks!
